Payment Policy
SpringtownSports.com gladly accepts these payment methods - American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Privacy Policy
SpringtownSports.com understands that protecting your privacy on-line is of the utmost importance. SpringtownSports.com is committed to treating your personal information (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card number) with the highest degree of care. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before it is shipped from our store. For Example: If an order is placed on Friday with UPS Next Day Air shipping selected, the order will not be picked up by UPS until Tues or Wed.

Defective Item Policy
Many of the items we sell are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Please follow their instructions as they will require you to send product directly to them. If item is not covered under a manufacturer warranty, please follow the procedures for Returns. If you need help in contacting a manufacturer send an email to shop@springtownsports.com and we will help you resolve your problem.

Return Policy
SpringtownSports.com is happy to accept returns for unused product in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. If an item you purchased is defective, please follow warranty for defective products. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a credit for the price of the product being returned plus any taxes minus the original shipping costs. Your credit card will be credited within 10 business days of receiving your return shipment. Due to variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please allow up to two full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. To process a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email shop@springtownsports.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and indicate the item you want to return along with a short note telling us why you are returning the item.
  2. Once you receive an RMA number, you can arrange the return shipment.
  3. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt, write the RMA number on the packing receipt, and place it in your return shipment.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
